Getting back into the groove

Yay I am so excited!

Re-re-starting up my fitness and health journey and hoping that I stick to it this time. The move back to America has temporarily stalled my weight-loss journey and I have put weight back on. It makes me sad, but I will work my hardest to get back in to it.

I have about 40lbs to go until my UGW (Ultimate Goal Weight) but have some smaller weight loss goals first and some non-weight-loss centered goals.

GOALS!
1. Lose about 1-2 lbs a week
2. Drink my water everyday (96 ounces)
3. Exercise at least three times a week, but would actually rather exercise 5  days a week.
4. Eat 1-2 servings of veggies each time I make myself a plate of food.
5. Taper off of coffee indefinitely.


So far, that is all that I can think of. I have some systems implemented that will help me reach these goals.

What's on the menu for this week:

Tonight (Tuesday November 5th) Sweet potato mac and cheese
November 6th Cilantro Lime Crock-pot chicken
November 7th Shepards Pie
November 8th Pizza night (homemade dough)
November 9th Leftovers (clear out the fridge)
November 10th Chicken and Dumplings
